Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

• All nails are made once your order has been confirmed.  You will receive an order number and confirmation email. You will receive your nails within 14 business days. 

 Q.  How long will the nails last?

• Your nails can last from 1 day up to 2 weeks.  This will depend on your regular activity, whether you use the glue or tabs and proper application.  

Q. How do I remove my nails?

• If you would like to remove your nails and reuse them at another time you may soak them off using cuticle oil, warm soapy water and a cuticle stick. You may also use an e-file/ file to file any nail glue that may be left on the press on nail. 

Q.  How do I know what size to order?

• Use the link for Sizing Chart and How to measure.  If you are not certain of the size or do not feel comfortable measuring you may order a sizing kit . 
• You can also order from the Ready Set Press Collection.  Each set from that collection has a set of 20 to 24 nails so that you can choose the nails that work best for you.

 

Q.  What comes with my order?

• Each order comes with 1 set of nails, 1 alcohol pad, 1 nail buffer, 1 nail file, 1 orange wood stick, 1 sheet of nail tabs and detailed instructions on how to apply and remove your nail set.

Q.  What shape, length and sizes do the nails come in?

• Shapes: Ballerina, Coffin, Stiletto, Almond, Round and Square
• Length: Extra Long, Long, Medium an Short
• Sizes:  Extra Small, Small, Medium and Large.  You may customize your size at checkout, instructions on how to do that are listed in size chart.
• You may purchase a sizing kit to get accurate measurements.

Q.  Can I customize a set?

When handling press on nails, gloves are worn at all times, and the nails are wiped down with alcohol prior to packaging.
